Avocado - Bean 4th of July Salad

Today we have: (99% organic)

a base of cut romaine lettuce
quartered cucumber slices
sliced green bell peppers
quartered & de-seeded sweet grape tomatoes (our bodies really don't need these seeds)
topped with a Tri-Bean Blend of: dark-red kidney, black & pinto beans
sliced avocados
sprinkle of pepitas (pumpkin seeds; Mexican Spanish: "little seed of the squash")
dusting of Brewer's yeast (full of Vitamin B12)
topped with Bragg's Healthy Vinaigrette
and a nice cold refreshing glass of Santa Cruz Organic Lemonade
and not to forget, a side of Food of Life Brown Rice Tortillas (wheat & gluten-free)
with a small spread of Earth Balance Whipped Buttery Spread (which uses only vegetable oils).
