Lentil Sprouts are Ready!

Remember our lentil sprouts that we started last week - they're done!  This took only 3-4 days. Now if you actually want your sprouts to grow a little longer & turn green, simply leave your bottled sprouts in your jar & lay it on it's side somewhere where the sun shines. A sunny room is the best rather than direct light. The sprouts should green-up by the end of the day.

Radish sprouts - day 2
Personal comment: I decided by day 3 that radish sprouts weren't my absolutely favorite to sprout - they are very delicate & the shaft from the seed is about the same as what you end up harvesting from the sprout.
